Download ASAP application from Play Store or App Store

Enter Society Code 

Use the login credentials sent to your email to use the app,

If you have not received your Society Code please contact your Society Office

Click Login and start
using the app.

You can also reset your password by clicking on reset password.

Press the “Maintenance Payment Details” tab to see the quarter-wise maintenance figures.

If you have made the payment Receivable will be reflected as 0. 

To pay unpaid amount, click on Pay online button. You will be prompted to choose UPI Pay option. Click on it and make the payment.

My Unit – Family Details

Press the “Family Details” tab to see the names of your family members residing in the Unit.

You can add names by pressing the + button on the right bottom corner and add names.

Owner Details

Press the “Owner” tab to see details of apartment owner (You) together with your email id and mobile number.

You can edit the information by pressing on the edit button on the right and enter new details and save.

Whether self occupied or rented

On the digital dashboard, press My Requests to view and access list of all requests made by you to the Society Management.

Upon pressing the My Requests tab, the list of all your requests are displayed here under 2 categories – Pending and Completed. 

 

You can add new request by pressing on the + button and typing in your request.

They can show OTP at the Society gate and enter.

Select your Unit by pressing + button and choose your Unit number

The names of staff working in your Unit will appear here with their ID number and phone number.

You can contact them through phone by pressing the phone icon listed against their names.

You can delete names of staff who are not working for you anymore.

You can attach photo or any other document of the Staff by clicking on the Add Attachments icon and click on the tick mark on the right top corner of the screen.

All the amenities of the Society are listed here. You can make bookings and or cancellation of amenities from here.
