Press the “Maintenance Payment Details” tab to see the quarter-wise maintenance figures.
If you have made the payment Receivable will be reflected as 0.
To pay unpaid amount, click on Pay online button. You will be prompted to choose UPI Pay option. Click on it and make the payment.

Press the “Family Details” tab to see the names of your family members residing in the Unit.
You can add names by pressing the + button on the right bottom corner and add names.

Press the “Owner” tab to see details of apartment owner (You) together with your email id and mobile number.
You can edit the information by pressing on the edit button on the right and enter new details and save.

On the digital dashboard, press My Requests to view and access list of all requests made by you to the Society Management.

Upon pressing the My Requests tab, the list of all your requests are displayed here under 2 categories – Pending and Completed.
You can add new request by pressing on the + button and typing in your request.

You can contact them through phone by pressing the phone icon listed against their names.

You can delete names of staff who are not working for you anymore.
